Aljazeera Media Institute announces launching of a new training program under the title " Trainer qualification course " for five days, in English language next April.
The course aims to provide participants with required knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective training programs, with special focus on integrating modern technology to meet the needs of trainees in digital age.
The course consists of three main themes, training programs design, providing effective training and use of advanced training techniques.

In the first theme, participants will learn how to assess target audience training needs, set applicable learning goals, designing innovative multimedia training curricula. The second theme will focus on public speaking skills, effective management of physical and virtual training environments and effective use of assessments and feedback tools for continuous improvement.
The third theme will focus on integrating technology in training process, such as designing interactive learning activities that match with trainees’ different learning styles and individual preferences.

The course targets trainers working in the field of training, trainers who seek to develop their expertise and expand their professional expertise, in addition to institutions interested in qualify in-job professional trainers.
It is noteworthy that the course comes as part of Aljazeera Media Institute's efforts to develop training competencies using the latest digital methods and tools.
