Al Jazeera Ambassadors Initiative, affiliated with Al Jazeera Media Institute, concluded two training courses in Istanbul in the fields of Mobile documentary production and Training, with a total participation of 30 trainees.

In the first course, early September, expert and trainer Eyad Al-Dawood trained ten participants on techniques of “Documentary film production with mobile phones”, in collaboration with Palestine International Forum for Media and Communication "Tawasul".

The course focused on practical training of visual storytelling, learning basics of documentary script writing and mobile editing, up to short film production complying with professional standards using simple tools.

The second course, led by Bilal Benaabid, supervisor of e-learning platform, focused on developing skills of 20 participants in building a comprehensive training package tailored to the needs of trainees.

Participants affirmed that they have become more capable of designing a training material, preparing its content, using skill matrices, methods and tools, and analyzing objectives, in addition to learning scientific rules of transferring knowledge and how to deal with different personality types.
