AL JAZEERA MEDIA INSTITUTE WINS FOUR MARCOM AWARDS

AJMI - Doha

Al Jazeera Media Institute has won two gold MarCom awards in the categories “Digital Marketing” and “Instagram Engagement”, and two Honorable Mention, one in the training category and the other in video creation that is directed to the audience on social media platforms.

Eman Al Amri, Director of Al Jazeera Media Institute, said that winning four awards, including two gold, is the outcome of the valuable efforts of the Institute's employees, who improve the level of performance and achieve more success worthy of Al Jazeera Media Network.

Al Amri added: "This acknowledgment did not come from a vacuum. The Institute's valuable work at the local and regional levels, the courses and conferences it organises, and the enrichment of the Arab Library in the fields of journalism and its various disciplines, deserve appreciation and praise."

The MarCom Awards have been awarded annually since 2004 by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), which consists of marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and website professionals.

MarCom Awards has become one of the most important international awards for which thousands of institutions and companies from different countries compete.

In October, Al Jazeera Media Institute won a Stevie Award in the “Conferences and Events” category for the first edition of the Al Jazeera Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Media organised by the Institute in March 2023.
