Graduation of TV Documentary Production Course

Al Jazeera Media Institute concluded a ten-day television documentary production course held at the Institute's headquarters in Doha, Supervised and led by trainer Iyad Al-Dawood who said that this course represents a specialized training program on television documentary production and targets producers of objective and artistic creative documentary programs, and those interested in addressing intellectual issues and concerns in a simple and interesting narrative.
Al-Daoud added: "During this course, we focused on features and characteristics of interpretative explanatory doctrine, which uses commentary text professionally to reinforce eloquence of the image and support it in delivering the required messages.

Course Graduation

The course resulted in producing two short films, where on the second day of the course trainees were separated into work groups to develop ideas and prepare treatment. Then, creative participants filmed for two days isssn Souq Waqif on heritage topics that emphasize nobility of people of Qatar and Arab history that extends between the past and present and completed production of the two films up to the stage of screen display and evaluation. 
In turn, course trainees praised the professional environment and atmosphere in which the course was held and praised the high value of practical and hands-on training which solidified their skills and gave them extra knowledge on professional details.
