Publication of the thirty-third issue of Al-Sahafa magazine

"Al-Sahafa Magazine" issued by Al jazeera Media Institute published its thirty-third issue under the title "Palestine... Journalists in the time of genocide."

The editorial of the issue, under the title " Testimony of a Journalist and a human being", stated that "the genocidal war in Palestine wiped off boundaries between the journalist seeking the truth and the man seeking a loaf of bread and a safe haven to shelter him and his family”.  Between these two limits ranged the testimonies of Palestinian journalists in Gaza, who continue to document the war crimes committed by Israeli occupation for several months. Palestinian journalist challenged these contradictions to cover a war that, according to testimonies documented by the magazine in this file, unanimously caused a quantity of death and destruction that is unimaginable."

This issue was devoted to the situation of journalists in Gaza, and titles of the articles were as follows: We are still undertaking media coverage, by writer Hisham Zaqout, and how did I become a "news in the occupation prisons?” by Diaa Al-Kahlout.

Marah Al-Wadia wrote an article under the title: “In Covering the War in Gaza- a journalist, a mother and a displaced” and also Somaya Abu Eita wrote an article under the title: “We are knocking on the wall of the reservoir”.

Some articles covered journalistic and humanitarian situation in Gaza, such as the article of Maram Hamid “The Gazan journalist and the conflict of heart and mind”. In interview section, Muhammad Ahdad conducted an interview with Anas Al-Sharif under the title: I have a cause before being a journalist. Bakr Abdel-Haq wrote an article titled: Hybrid war Information is a weapon in hands of Occupation, as well as Joseph Daher who wrote an article titled: Orientalism, Imperialism and the roots of bias in Western media coverage of Palestine.

Situation of women journalists in Sudan is also present in the magazine as Amira Saleh revealed the situation in her article, and on artificial intelligence, Abdul Latif Haj Mohammed wrote an article on press freedom in the face of artificial intelligence, in addition to many other articles.
