AJMI hosts its annual Iftar event

Al Jazeera Media Institute held its yearly Iftar event on Monday 17th March for the security and cleaning workers, with various institute employees, their families, and invited guests also in attendance.

This annual Iftar was distinguished by competitions and activities that added an element of fun among the attendees. The menu included a variety of dishes inspired by Arabic cuisines, prepared with the help of the employees.

This year's event stood out with contests and activities that brought a touch of amusement to those present. The menu featured a range of dishes inspired by Arabic culinary traditions, created with the assistance of the employees.

In order to showcase cultural diversity, certain staff members from various nations enhanced the event by dressing in traditional folk attire. They also helped distribute snacks at the network's gates and entry points.

At the end of the event, Al Jazeera Media Institute acknowledged and rewarded various security, cleaning, and hospitality workers for their hard work in maintaining a secure and pleasant workplace environment. They received symbolic gifts as a token of gratitude from both fellow employees and management for their committed service.
