As part of the “Media for Development” initiative, Al Jazeera Media Institute has concluded an online training course on “Producing digital content for digital media platforms”, organised in cooperation with the Takaful Charity Organisation, with the participation of ten trainees from Sudan.

Over three days of training, trainer Tasneem Dahab offered the participants an intensive, hands-on experience that combined learning and practical application, enabling them to use digital media to express their own issues and those of their communities.

This course comes within the Institute’s commitment to supporting women and empowering them to master digital storytelling tools and to enhance their presence in the media space, in a way that helps highlight issues related to women, gender and development through professional, purposeful content capable of creating a positive impact in society.
