AJMI– Doha

Al Jazeera Media Institute concluded this week at its headquarters in Doha two training courses for training trainers dedicated to Aljazeera Network employees in both Arabic and English Languages.

12 female and male employees attended these courses to acquire necessary knowledge and skills that enable them to become effective trainers each in his field of work.

The training curriculum covered various topics and themes established and installed through intensive practical sessions explaining how to transform accumulated experience in any field into a training curriculum according to an organized methodological step.

The course in its Arabic version was trained by training expert Jamal Al-Maliki, who praised the interaction of participants and their interest to learn and participate, saying: “Enough time was allocated for discussion and dialogue in this course, which enriched the content with positive ideas and discussions that made the training program more dynamic and livelier”.

English version of the program was trained by the British expert Shauna Wilson who pointed out that the focus was on how to identify training needs through specific means such as direct questions or personal interviews.

For his part, trainee Maha Alburenee said: “The training content of the course is very distinctive and reflects the rich knowledge that characterizes the trainer at the level of information and professionalism.
