Al Jazeera Media Institute, through its Media for Development Initiative held a sub- editing course in Istanbul for Arakan Humanitarian Foundation from November 30 to December 1st
Within the activities of Media for Development Initiative, Expert Fayed Abu Shamayleh trained 19 participants on basics of sub- editing, focusing on how to distinguish between various forms of sub- editing and stressing importance of improving and mastering sub-editing through clear wording and proofreading.
Trainees praised course content provided by the trainer, stressing the great importance of such courses for young people in order to develop and refine their journalistic skills.
