Majalat Al-Sahafa (Al-Sahafa Magazine) of Aljazeera Media Institute published more than 100 articles during 2024 on the most prominent journalistic and media issues, in addition to 70 exclusive interviews with journalists and field experts.
The magazine also accompanied the war on Gaza as a war of extermination, documenting testimonies of field reporters and highlighting unprecedented challenges they faced.
The magazine also issued four specialized quarterly publications, focusing on concerns of journalists working in conflict zones, including ways to protect journalists on the field and how to face professional challenges.
In addition to that, the magazine devoted a page to monitoring media violations, which analyzed Western media coverage, exposed professional errors, and corrected misleading narratives.
The past year included a series of dialogues and specialized press interviews, which discussed and dealt with professional issues and media ethics, with the aim of enhancing performance of journalists in various field conditions.
