جان كوسياك.. آخرُ ضحايا المعلومة في القارة الأوروبية

قطعاً، لم يكن الصحفي السلوفاكي جان كوسياك يعلم أن رحلته نحو قرية " فيلكا ماكا" في شرق العاصمة بيتسلافا، بصحبة صديقته مارتينا كوسنيروفا، ستكون الأخيرة له ولها في هذه الحياة، فهناك لقي الشاب والفتاة مصرعهما برصاص وُجِّهَ لهما في مقتلٍ كي تطوى قضيَّةُ التهرب الضريبي التي لاحقها كوسياك منذ أكثر من عام.

الصحفي السلوفاكي ذو السابعة والعشرين عاماً، درس الصحافة في كلية الفلسفة بجامعة نيترا، وبدأ عمله منتقلاً بين عدة مؤسسات حتى استقر به الحال في العمل كمحرر في موقع Aktuality.sk.

هناك عمَّق اشتغاله باتجاه الصحافة الاستقصائية، ليفتح خطوطاً مختلفة في ملفات متعددة كان أبرزها التهرب الضريبي للفنادق والمباني ذات الخمس نجوم، فكَشَف جملة من المعلومات المخفيَّة حول المداخيل المالية لقيادات في البلاد، متوصلاً إلى وجود واجهات اقتصادية تدير هذه الملفات، ورغم تلقيه تهديدات مختلفة منذ عام تقريباً بحسب صحيفة "الواشنطن بوست"، إلا أنه تابع العمل على هذا الملف حتى قام يوم مقتله بنشر مقاله الأول حول هذه المسألة قبل أن يتم اغتياله.

مقتل جان كوسياك أثار كثيراً من ردود الأفعال في الأوساط الصحفية والأمنية الأوروبية، فصدرت بيانات عديدة تدين هذا الاغتيال وتدعو إلى ضرورة احترام حرية الصحافة، ورغم أهمية هذه البيانات إلا أنها أتت متأخرة بعُمرٍ كامل وقضيةٍ مفتوحة على الاحتمالات المتعددة لقاتلٍ ظلَّ حتى اللحظة مجهولاً وضحيةٍ غارقة بالدماء، فقد ذكَرت الشرطة أنها تلقَّت معلومات منذ عام عن وجود تهديد حقيقي على حياة كوسياك بسبب ما يقوم به، لكنها لم تقم بشيء ملموس لحمايته وفق مصادر مختلفة، ولسخرية الأقدار فقد أعلنت السلطات السلوفاكية اليوم عن مكافأة مقدارها مليون يورو لمن يدلي بمعلومات تقود إلى القاتل!

جان كوسياك ليس الأول في أوروبا الذي يكون- كما تشير كل الدلالات- ضحيةً لاشتغاله الصحفي، فهو الثاني خلال خمسة أشهر، وهو الخامس خلال العشر سنوات الأخيرة، فلم تستفِق القارة الأوروبية بعد من صدمة انفجار سيارة الصحفية المالطية "دافني كاريوانا غاليزيا" بعبوة ناسفة في أكتوبر/تشرين الأول من العام الماضي، على خلفية مشاركتها بفضح ملفات "أوراق بنما". هذه القضية التي أدت إلى إجبار رئيس الوزراء المالطي على إجراء انتخابات مبكرة في البلاد، حتى قُتِل كوسياك بالرصاص على خلفية اشتغاله بملفات تتصل بالمافيات الإيطالية واستعمالها الأموال ضمن الشقق الفاخرة والفنادق ذات الخمس نجوم في سلوفاكيا، نحن هنا أمام قضايا تتشابه بالشكل العام وتختلف بالتفاصيل، فالإطار العام يتعلق بالمعلومة والعمل على كشف خيوط تتشابكُ فيما بينها لتؤدي نحو فضيحة لأحدٍ ما، والتفاصيل مبنيةٌ على طريقة العمل والعناوين العريضة التي يغوص بها الصحفي.

إن البحث في الصحافة الاستقصائية- وهو ملفٌّ هام أثارته مجلة الصحافة في عددها الأخير- يجعلنا نتوقف مليَّاً أمام جملة من الاشتباكات المعرفية والنظرية التي على الصحفي الانتباه لها قبل الاشتغال على أي موضوع، فقواعد السلامة المهنية الصحفية ضرورة الاتباع والالتزام حين يأخذ الصحفي قراراً بالاتجاه نحو هذا النوع من الصحافة والأبحاث.

قطعاً أيضاً لن يكون جان كوسياك الأخير في هذه السلسلة من الاغتيالات التي ستمتد، طالما أن الفساد يتصل في كثير من النواحي الحياتية، خاصة في الدول ذات الأنظمة التي لا تنفصل فيها السلطات بشكل واضح، ورغم الإدانات العديدة التي صدرت للاغتيال والدعوات لمحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الجريمة، إلا أن الثابت أمامنا أنَّ هناك صحفياً شابَّاً قُتِل وهو يخطو أولى خطواتِه في عالم الصحافة الاستقصائية، فدفَع حياته ثمناً للمعلومة.
