هل يمكن لـ ChatGPT أن يساعدك في عملك الصحفي؟ 

لا بد وأنك قد سمعت بالنقاش الذي يدور حول روبوت المحادثة الجديد ChatGPT واحتمالات التغيّرات في عمليات البحث على الإنترنت بسبب هذه التقنية الجديدة، حيث سارعت الكثير من القطاعات الاقتصادية والمعرفية إلى استكشاف قدراتها والاستفادة منها لتسريع الأعمال وإيجاد أجوبة حول أمور وقضايا تحتاج للكثير من البحث في المراجع للوصول إلى قدرٍ كافٍ من المعرفة.

السؤال الذي يتبادر إلى أذهان الصحفيين يرتبط بكيفية الاستفادة من هذا الروبوت الجديد في العمل الصحفي اليومي، بل إن عددا من المؤسسات الصحفية استخدمته لإنتاج مواد صحفية، لكن هل فعلاً يستطيع الروبوت أن يساعدك في عملك الصحفي؟

في الواقع يمكن للروبوت إنتاج الكثير من المحتوى الذي تستطيع المؤسسات الصحفية نشره، لكن في رأيي الشخصي أنه إذا كنت صحفياً تُنتج موادك الصحفية بناءً على أفكارك وجهدك من الألف إلى الياء فلا يمكنه أن يساعدك في شيء. قبل أيام وصف المفكر وعالم اللسانيّات نعوم تشومسكي روبوت المحادثة ChatGPT بأنه "سرقة أدبية عالية التقنية".

في المقابلة التي أجراها تشومسكي مؤخراً، تحدّث عن أثر ChatGPT على التعليم، محذّراً من أن الروبوت سوف يقوّض العملية التعليمية، لأن الطلاب الأكاديميين سيحاولون تجنّب القيام بما هو مطلوب منهم من بحث علمي بسبب عدم وجود الاهتمام الذي يثير فضولهم للقيام بالبحث بأنفسهم، وسوف يعتمدون على الروبوت لأداء المهمات المطلوبة منهم.

 

 

في حال كنت تطلب من الروبوت أن يقدّم لك تقريرا عن قضية جدلية هي التفاوت بين دول الجنوب والشمال، مثل القضية الفلسطينية أو العلاقة بين الدين والإرهاب، سوف يعتمد على أبحاث أنجزت في سياق ثقافي ومعرفي مختلف عن البنية المعرفية للمنطقة.

 

 

على غرار الطلاب الأكاديميين، يقوم الصحفيون بكتابة مقالات تحتوي على معلومات وتحليلات مدعّمة بالحقائق، تلك التي يجمعها الصحفي أو الأكاديمي من البحث المعمّق والمقابلات الشخصية والزيارات الميدانية، وهو ما لن يستطيع روبوت الدردشة القيام به بدلاً عنك كصحفي.

 

الروبوت والأخلاقيات

نقوم كصحفيين بالإشارة إلى المصادر في موادنا الصحفية لثلاثة أسباب أخلاقية أساسية، الأول هو المصداقية بين الصحفي والجمهور؛ حيث يطالبك الجمهور دوماً بمعرفة المصادر التي اعتمدت عليها لكتابة تقاريرك، وهو ما يؤثر بشكل كبير على أخذ المعلومة التي تقدّمها للجمهور على محمل الجدّ وتصديقها أو عدم قبولها ورفضها. فهل سيكون كافياً في المستقبل أن تقدّم إجابة لمصدر أعمالك الصحفية بأنها مستقاة من روبوت الدردشة؟ هل سيقبل الجمهور بذلك؟ وما الفارق الذي يحدثه عملك إذا كان يمكن لأي شخص أن يحصل على نتيجة مشابهة إذا استخدم روبوت الدردشة؟

وحول السبب الثاني، فإن الصحفي حين يبني قصته فهو يقدّم للجمهور معلومات يمكنهم استخدامها في قضايا مصيرية تمس تطور المجتمع، مثل الديمقراطية والصحة العامة والسلم الاجتماعي؛ لذلك يجب أن يحتوي تقريره على الحقائق المثبتة. فالركيزة الأخلاقية للعمل الصحفي هي السعي إلى الحقيقة، وعلى الصحفي إثبات ذلك دون تقصير حين يقدّم المواد الصحفية. لهذا السبب يقطع الصحفيون مئات الأميال من أجل مقابلة واحدة، ولهذا السبب أيضا، يستمر العمل على وثائقي ما أو تحقيق استقصائي سنوات طويلة، فهل اعتمادك على روبوت لا تعلم ما هي الخوارزمية التي يعمل بها، ولا يمكنك أن تدقق في المعلومات التي يقدّمها يحقق الشرط الأخلاقي الصحفي الأساسي وهو السعي إلى الحقيقة؟

 

أما السبب الأخلاقي الثالث فهو النزاهة؛ ذلك أن الصحفي النزيه يشير إلى مصدر المعلومة التي يقتبسها كي لا ينسب الفضل فيها لنفسه، وكي يُنصف الآخرين من باحثين وصحفيين وكتّاب ممن بذلوا جهداً للوصول إلى المعلومات التي يستعين بها الصحفي، وهو ما لا يقوم به روبوت المحادثة الذي يقدّم لك أجوبة عارية المصادر وكأنها من نتاج أفكاره أو جهده البحثي هو، أو بالأحرى جهد من قاموا بتطويره في حين أنها ليست كذلك على الإطلاق.  

كما أن روبوت الدردشة يحتاج إلى كميات هائلة من المعلومات المحدّثة حتى يتمكّن من تقديم أجوبة مرتبطة بالسياق الزمني الحالي، أي أنه في حال غياب هذا التحديث سوف تتحول أجوبته لاحقاً إلى تقديم نفس المعلومات القديمة لكن بصيغ مختلفة كل مرة. وهنا في حال اعتماد عدد كبير من الصحفيين على الروبوت لذات المحتوى، لن يتم تقديم معلومات جديدة للجمهور، ويُدخل الصحفيين في حلقة مفرغة من إعادة وتكرار ذات المعلومات.

 

الصحافة والذكاء المُنحاز

حسب تقرير "مهارات المستقبل في حياة العمل الرقمية" الصادر عن مركز المستقبل للأبحاث عام 2017 فإن أزمة الذكاء الاصطناعي هي في الذكاء الخلاق، وتبرز في جانبي الأصالة، أي القدرة على التوصل إلى أفكار غير عادية أو ذكية حول موضوع أو موقف معين، أو تطوير طرق مبتكرة لحل المشكلات، إلى جانب الفنون، أي المعرفة النظرية والتقنية المطلوبة لتأليف وإنتاج وتنفيذ أعمال الموسيقى والرقص والفنون البصرية والمسرح والنحت، والذكاء الاجتماعي، وذلك في جوانب الإدراك الاجتماعي، مثل أن تكون على علم بردود فعل الآخرين وفهم سبب رد فعلهم، ومهارات التفاوض المتمثلة بتقريب الناس وإدارة الخلافات والسعي إلى حلّها، والإقناع، أي إقناع الآخرين بتغيير موقفهم أو سلوكهم، وتوجيه الخدمات مثل تقديم المساعدة الشخصية أو الرعاية الطبية أو الدعم العاطفي أو غيرها من الرعاية الشخصية للآخرين، مثل الموظفين أو العملاء أو المرضى.

ورغم التطور الهائل في روبوت الدردشة وتفاعله مع المستخدمين، إلا أنه يبقى قاصراً عن تقديم أي مستوى إنساني في هذه القضايا، وهي تفاصيل قد تبدو غير مرتبطة بالعمل الصحفي لكنّها تتسرّب إلى مفاصل المواد الصحفية الجيّدة، فالقصص الإنسانية مبنية على التفاعل مع الأشخاص الذين يتم بناء المواد الصحفية عنهم ومحاولة إيصال أكبر قدر ممكن من مشاعرهم إلى الجمهور. وصحافة الحلول هي التي تبحث بشكل حثيث عن أفكار إبداعية لحلول ومشاكل تؤرق المجتمع، إلى جانب الدور الأساسي الذي تؤديه الصحافة في مقالات الرأي والمواد الصحفية المبنية على الآراء  لمناقشة قضايا المجتمع.

يشير التقرير الآنف الذكر إلى ضرورة عمل الأشخاص المعنيين في المجالات الصحفية والأكاديمية على تطوير مهاراتهم في صناعة المعنى، لأنه أثناء استخراج البيانات، يتفوق البشر في تحديد الأنماط والارتباطات في كميات كبيرة من البيانات، مثل الإحصاءات المالية، ويتمتع البشر بميزة كبيرة عندما يتعلق الأمر بوضع النتائج في سياق ورؤية معانيها. وعلى عكس الآلات يمكن للبشر أيضًا دمج القيم والأخلاق في عملية صنع القرار، وهو أمر قد لا يستطيع روبوت الدردشة القيام به حتى الآن.

إن الاعتماد على الروبوت لإنتاج مواد صحفية قد يؤثر بشكل كبير على المعنى المرتبط بالمجتمعات التي يكتب لها الصحفي، وذلك بسبب البنية المعرفية المختلفة والمتباينة في المواد السابقة التي سوف يبحث فيها الروبوت كي ينتج لك مادة صحفية جديدة. على سبيل المثال، فإنه في حال كنت تطلب من الروبوت أن يقدّم لك تقريرا عن قضية جدلية هي التفاوت بين دول الجنوب والشمال، مثل القضية الفلسطينية أو العلاقة بين الدين والإرهاب، سوف يعتمد على أبحاث أنجزت في سياق ثقافي ومعرفي مختلف عن البنية المعرفية للمنطقة. وعلى هذا النحو، سوف يقدّم لك معلومات مليئة بالانحيازات والمواقف غير الموضوعية باعتبارها حقائق ناجزة.

 

روبوت الدردشة يحتاج إلى كميات هائلة من المعلومات المحدّثة حتى يتمكّن من تقديم أجوبة مرتبطة بالسياق الزمني الحالي، أي أنه في حال غياب هذا التحديث سوف تتحول أجوبته إلى تقديم نفس المعلومات القديمة لكن بصيغ مختلفة كل مرة.
