"السؤال الغبي تماما" في البرامج والمقابلات الحوارية

لا يجد المشاهد، وهو يتابع بعض المقابلات التلفزيونية، أصدق من ردة فعل الفنان المصري سعيد صالح على سؤال مدرّسته في مسرحية مدرسة المشاغبين: "فين السؤال؟" ليتهكم بها على أسئلة المذيعين والصحفيين لضيوفهم، لا سيما تلك الَّتي لا يفهمها الضيف نفسه. 

تعجّ الشاشات ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بالمقابلات الترفيهيّة التي يجريها صحفيّون ومذيعون مع شخصيّات من المجالين الفني أو الثقافي، أو حتى السياسي -لكن بطابع خارج نطاق السّياسة-. ولهذه المقابلات عدة أهداف؛ فهي قد تحقّق المتعة للجمهور وتعرّفهم على جوانب يجهلونها عن نجومهم المفضلين، وتُعطي فرصة للوجوه الجديدة في هذه المجالات لتوسيع قاعدتهم الجماهيرية، لكن هذه المقابلات باتت فارغة المحتوى حتى في التّرفيهيّ منه. 

لكنّ الكثير من المشكلات تظهر في المقابلات الحوارية، بعضها يتعلق بطريقة طرح الأسئلة والإعداد وطريقة التّحضير، وبعضها الآخر يرتبط بالأهداف، ممّا يثير الكثير من الجدل حول ضرورة مراجعة طرق إعداد المقابلات الحواريّة وإدارة الحوار مع الضّيوف. 

 

مقابلات لملء فراغ البثّ التّلفزيوني

 

مع اتّساع رقعة البثّ التّلفزيونيّ وافتتاح مئات القنوات الفضائية، أصبحت الحاجة للمقابلات التلفزيونية أكثر إلحاحاً، لتوفير محتوى يُعرَض للجمهور ويغطّي ساعات البثّ الهائلة والمتواصلة. وبسبب الضّغط الكبير في الوقت على فرق الإنتاج وقلّة الموارد المتاحة لهم، باتت البرامج الحواريّة تنتهج أنماطًا محدّدة من سير المقابلات بطريقة أشبه ما تكون بخط إنتاج في مصنع يطبَعُ المُنتجَ بالنّهاية بمواصفات معيّنة، وهي طريقة قد تكون فعالة وموفّرة للجهد، إلا أنّ المشكلة الحقيقيّة تكمن في عدم مراجعة المنتج النهائي ومدى ملاءمته لاحتياجات المستهلك أو قدرته على تحقيق الهدف المرجوّ من إنتاجه. 

نادرًا ما تُراجَع الطّريقة الميكانيكية الّتي تُنتج بها البرامج الحواريّة والمقابلات، وتبدو هذه البرامج نسخًا متشابهة، مع اختلاف في الدّيكور وشكل مقدّمي البرنامج وربّما في ساعات البَثّ. وفي حال تصادف استضافة أحد الضيوف في برنامجين متشابهين، فإنّ فوارق الأسئلة تكون طفيفة ولا تضيف جديدًا، ويفضّل معدّو البرامج الحواريّة مشاركة الأسئلة مع الضّيوف مسبقاً، وقد يكون ذلك شرطاً من قبل الضّيوف أنفسهم بهدف تجنّب أيّ مفاجأة غير متوقعة في الحوار. وبشروط المقابلة المتّفق عليها، يتحوّل العرض من حوار صريح إلى تلقين واستظهار تغيب عنه روح العَفْويّة والتلقائية.

 

مفاجأة غير متوقَّعَة 

 

غيتا نوربي هو اسم الصّخرة التي تتحطّم عليها سفن أي صحفي معتد بنفسه مهما كان ربّاناً ماهراً في إدارة دفة المقابلات. غيتا من أهمّ الممثّلات الدّنماركيات، تبلغ من العمر 86 عاماً قضت أغلبَها على خشبة المسرح وأمام كاميرات السّينما، يتسابق الصحفيّون لإجراء مقابلات معها، لكنّها في المقابلات الشّخصيّة غير متوقعة إلى درجة خطيرة جدّاً.

في منتصف تمّوز من العام الجاري، قلبت "غيتا" الطّاولة على صحفيّة محترفة ومتمكّنة من قدراتها المِهنيّة تدعى "سيمي جان"، وهي مراسلة للشّؤون الخارجيّة والحربيّة في محطّة تي في تو / TV الدّنماركية، غطّت عدّة حروب وأزمات دَوْليّة، لكن قد تكون هذه أهم معركة خاضتها في حياتها المِهْنيّة.

على الهواء مباشرة، وفي الهواء الطلق، ومن أمام المسرح الملكيّ في العاصمة كوبنهاجن، قابلت الصحفيّة سيمي الممثّلة غيتا. انطلقت المقابلة بهدوء وبسلاسة، لكن سرعان ما تغيّر مِزاج غيتا بعد سؤال بسيط عن ذكرياتها في المسرح. عند ذلك، نعتت أسئلةَ الصحفيّة بأوصاف حادّة على الهواء.

احتجّت غيتا على تحويل حياتها الّتي أمضت جزءًا كبيرًا منها في المسرح إلى مجرّد ذكريّات بالنّسبة للصّحفيّة؛ فهي ترى حياتها أهم من أن تكون مجرّد ذكريات عابرة. ثمّ عادت الصّحفيّة لتسألها عن الجانب المُظلِم في شخصيّتها، وما كان منها إلّا أن هاجمتْها واصفةً السّؤال بأنّه "غبي تمامًا".

وكانت الهجمة الحاسمة عندما سألت الصحفية ضيفتها إذا ما كانت تخشى من الموت، فأجابت: " لا، كيف يُفترَض بي أن أجيب على سؤال كهذا؟ عليك أن تتوقّفي الآن، يجب أن تعتادي، عند إجراء مقابلات مع النّاس، على أن تسألي نفسكِ: "ما الّذي أريد أن أعرفه؟" قومي بذلك بشكل جادّ وهادئ وفكّري فيه. اتركي كلّ تلك الأسئلة الحمقاء. "هل أنتِ خائفة من الموت؟" ماذا يجب أن أجيب!"

هذه ليست المرّة الأولى الّتي ترفض فيها غيتا الخضوع إلى قوالب الصّحافة الجاهزة مسبقًا، وليس الحوار الأوّل الّذي تصف فيه الأسئلة بالغبيّة، وسيمي جان ليست ضحيّتها الوحيدة. ترفض غيتا أمورًا عدّة، منها: الاطّلاع على الأسئلة مسبقًا، وأن يقابلها شخص لا يعلم عن خلفيتها شيئًا أو يكون مطّلعًا عليها بشكل سطحيّ، وأن يُفرَض عليها شكل معيَّن للحوار عليها. 

 

عن السّؤال في غير محلّه

 

في البرامج الحواريّة الترفيهيّة، تتكرّر الأسئلة دائمًا وبشكل مملّ، وغالبًا ما تكون بعيدة عمّا يخطر في بال الضّيف في حال كان يتحيّن فرصة الظّهور بالبرنامج للتّعبير عن أمور في داخله، لكن تضيع فرصة التّعبير بالعادة بسبب الأسئلة الّتي قد تكون ليست على المستوى الكافي من النّضج، أو قد تكون غير ملائمة لشخصيّة الضّيف أو لتوقيت المقابلة؛ فسؤال الموت، مثلًا، الّذي طرحته الصّحفيّة على الممثّلة كان في برنامج صباحيّ، هل من المنطقيّ أن يبدأ الضّيف والمشاهدون يومهم بهذا السّؤال؟ 

في إحدى مقابلاته، صدم الكوميديان الفلسطينيّ علاء أبو دياب مقدّمي برنامج كرفان على قناة رؤيا الأردنيّة حين سأله المقدّم عن أكثر فيديو قدّمه يمثّله ويمثّل شخصيّته، مع العلم أنّ علاء قال قبل هذا السّؤال بدقائق إنّ غالبيّة عمله الكوميديّ يقوم به بدافع  الملل ولا يخطّط له مسبقًا، فما كان من علاء إلّا أن أجاب: "أنا أتفه من هيك، أسئلتك عميقة شوي" (أنا أتفه من ذلك، أسئلتك تبدو عميقة قليلا).

وحين يكون المقدّم محكوماً بإطار موضوع مسبّقًا، يصبح أكثر تمسّكًا بالأسئلة المعدّة مسبقًا، ما يحُدّ من قدرته على إدارة حوار عَفْويّ بطريقة جيّدة، ولا يرغب المُحاور بالاستماع للضّيف، إنّما يبقى مصمّماً على أسئلته بخطّ واحد كي لا تضيع منه الأفكار. وبهذه الطّريقة، يفقد الحوار دهشته، ويضيع الانسجام بسبب الأسئلة الّتي تتجاهل الأجوبة الّتي سبقتها.

وتشير المستشارة الإعلامية فلسطين إسماعيل إلى أنّ أحد المطبات في المقابلات الصحفيّة يتمثّل في موضوع التّخصّص؛ أي إنّه من غير المنطقيّ أن يتنقل الصّحفيّ بين الموضوعات المختلفة ويدّعي المعرفة الكافية في إدارة حوار ثريّ في كلّ منها، فلا يستقيم أنَّ صحفيًّا يغطّي قضايا عسكريّة وسياسيّة يتحوّل لتغطية قضايا المسرح والثقافة، وهي مشكلة تراها فلسطين أكثر حضورًا في الإعلام المرئيّ.

وترى  الصّحفيّة صابرين طه أنّ جزءًا من المشكلة يتعلّق باهتمام الصّحفيّ بالقصّة؛ إذ يجب أن يكون الصّحفيّ راغبًا في المعرفة، وكأنّه أحد المتابعين المهتمّين من الجمهور، حتّى يتمكّن من سؤال الأسئلة الّتي تدور في بال الناس. وبالتالي، فإنّ إجراء المقابلة، دون وجود دافع معرفيّ حقيقيّ لدى الصّحفيّ، يحوّلها إلى مجرّد متطلّب وظيفيّ روتينيّ.

تمرّ أغلب المقابلات الحواريّة -رغم سخافتها وعدم منطقيّتها- بهدوء؛ لأنّ الضّيف والمُحاور والجمهور على اتّفاق ضمنيّ بأنّ المقابلة يجب أن تسير على هذا النّحو، لأنّه "احنا عالهوا"، وليتجنّب الجميع أيّ إحراج على الهواء، لكن ربّما آن لهذا القالب أن ينكسر.
