الأرنب داخل القبعة

يظهر الأرنب الأبيض مسرعا، قلقا، خشية تأخره عن الموعد المحدد.. يحمل ساعة تشير إلى أهمية الوقت لديه، لا يكاد يتوقف حتى يتابع سيره.. الأرنبُ بطلٌ في "أليس في بلاد العجائب".. العجائب التي سكنّا جميعا في بلادها وباتت السرعة والجري ديدنها.

بيد أن أرنب "أليس" العجيب كان مسؤولا رغم سرعته.. السرعة.. هذه الكلمة التي ترأست نشرات الأخبار في الصحافة متحولة إلى كلمة أكثر خصوصية، واكتسبت صفة "العاجل" ومزاجه. تأتي سلحفاة في حكاية أخرى وتنافسه.. الجميع يعلم أنها ستفوز، لكن القليل يعتقد أن بإمكانه المضي في مساره على مهل، ويضمن الفوز.

هكذا، نبدأ حكاية الصحافة المتأنية.. احتوى العدد الأول من مجلة "الصحافة" على تقرير مترجم عن مجلة "نيمان ريبورتس" حمل عنوان "The Value of Slow Journalism in the Age of Instant Information"، وقد تُرجم مصطلح "Slow Journalism" إلى "الصحافة البطيئة"، لكن بعد إعادة النظر في المصطلح والتشاور بين لغويين وصحفيين، خَلُصَ فريق المجلة إلى مصطلح "الصحافة المتأنية"، على اعتبار أن الوقت ليس هو العامل الوحيد المطلوب لتحقيق شروط هذا النوع من العمل الصحفي، بل التروي والتمهل، وكلها مترادفات تدل على "التأني".

فهم العالم

نشرت صحيفة "الغارديان" تقريرا (1) يوم 12 يناير/كانون الثاني 2017، يتحدث عن إعلان شبكة "بي.بي.سي" تجديد سياستها التحريرية في الاجتماع الصباحي. ويتحدث التقرير عن رغبة البي.بي.سي في صنع المزيد من الأخبار البطيئة، عبر التحليل العميق والخبرة لمساعدة الجمهور على الفهم، خصوصا في هذه الفترة المضطربة من تاريخ المملكة المتحدة، كما جاء على لسان مدير قطاع الأخبار السابق في شبكة هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية جيمس هاردينغ.. "نحن بحاجة إلى شرح الأمور التي تقود الأخبار.. بحاجة إلى الأخبار البطيئة، الأخبار الأكثر عمقا، البيانات، التحقيقات، التحليلات والخبرات، لتساعدنا على شرح العالم الذي نعيش فيه".

ترددت عبارة "فهم العالم" مع الصحفي البرتغالي ألفونسو أرمادا، الذي عمل سابقا في صحيفة "إلباييس" الإسبانية ومراسلا لصحيفة "أي.بي.سي" في نيويورك، كما عمل مراسلا في أفريقيا، وغطى حصار سراييفو. أسس أرمادا مع مجموعة من زملائه مجلة " فرونتيرا دي" (Frontera D)، وهي مجلة متخصصة في التقارير المعمقة.

شرح أرمادا في مكالمة هاتفية أجريتها معه، فكرة تأسيس الصحيفة منذ 9 سنوات، حيث اجتمع مع مجموعة من زملائه الصحفيين الإسبان أثناء إقامته في نيويورك، واتفقوا جميعا على أنه مآل محزن هو مصير الصحافة الإسبانية اليوم. اتفقت المجموعة على ضرورة التحرك وتنفيذ فكرة جديدة، عوضا عن البكاء والتحسر.

وهكذا، أنشؤوا تلك المجلة التي تركز على كتابة قصص عميقة ومعلومات "بطيئة"، مع اتباع منهج صارم للتحقق من الأخبار. وليضمنوا استمرارها، عملوا على أن تكون المجلة مستقلة، غير حزبية، تجنبوا فيها المواضيع المكررة مثل مشكلة كتالونيا والباسك، إذ يعتقد أرمادا أن للإعلام أجندة صغيرة ومكررة، وهو يعالج المواضيع ذاتها كل مرة.. "لا خيال ولا أهمية تولى للقضايا الأخرى".

يتابع أرمادا حديثه محاولا تفسير ابتعاد الناس عن قراءة الأخبار؛ بأنهم ليسوا على استعداد لقراءة الأخبار ذاتها كل مرة. وينتقد شبكة الإنترنت التي "لها إيجابيات كثيرة، لكنها ساهمت في تسطيح تفكير الناس".. يقول "تجعلنا الإنترنت نشارك الأخبار السطحية وتساهم في انتشارها، وهي [الشبكة] تجيب عن أسئلتنا بشكل لحظي، لكن هدف المجلة هو محاولة شرح أسباب ما يحدث للعالم.. محاولة فهم العالم.. لماذا تنتشر الكراهية وكل هذا التوتر والنزاع؟ الأخبار العاجلة لا تجيب عن أسئلتنا".

الإجابات -بحسب أرمادا- تأتي من الخروج إلى الشارع، من الحديث مع الناس، من منح كل قصة حقها من الوقت والعمل.. "نحن نركض في هذا العالم، نتابع الأخبار والحوادث، هذا يجعلنا نعيش في خوف وحيرة ويجعل العالم غير مفهوم بالنسبة لنا". أما مرجعيتهم في العمل فيقول إنها مجلة "نيويوركر".

تصدر المجلة بنسخة إلكترونية وأخرى مطبوعة، رغم أنها لا تدفع مقابلا للصحفيين العاملين بها.. "كيف تسير الأمور دون مقابل؟" سألته فأجاب: نحن لا نطلب عملا حصريا، نقرأ التقارير وحين نجد تقريرا ذا أهمية، نطلب من الكاتب أن يرسل تقريرا موسعا حول الموضوع. لا تسمح الصحف دوما بنشر كل التفاصيل بسبب التزامها بعدد كلمات معين أو اهتمامها بزاوية محددة. نحن نمنح الصحفيين مكانا لنشر ما لم يتمكنوا من نشره في صحفهم، كما أن التحرير المتقن والعمل الجاد في المجلة والرصانة التي تتمتع بها، تجذب كثيرا من الصحفيين الجادين إليها.

مع هذا -يقول أرمادا- إن عائدا ماديا بدأ يدخل المجلة عبر نشرهم كتبا، فسوق الكتب رائجة في إسبانيا أكثر من المجلات. وقد توسع فريق المجلة في العمل حتى باتوا ينشرون تقارير مختلفة من دول أميركا اللاتينية بالتعاون مع مجلات تعمل بالنهج ذاته.

وخلال 9 سنوات، شارك في الكتابة بالمجلة 1400 كاتب، حيث تنشر المجلة 10 مقالات شهريا، منها مقالات معمّقة في الأدب والسياسة والفلسفة.

 

تجارب دون مسمَّيات

استغربت غراسيلا موشكوفسكي الصحفية الأرجنتينية وأستاذة الصحافة بجامعة مدينة نيويورك، سؤالي لها عن الصحافة المتأنية. كان اسم المجلة التي شاركت في تحريرها حتى عام 2014 (El Puercoespín)، واردا في دراسة (2) عن الصحافة المتأنية، بما يعني أن المواضيع التي كانت تطرح وطريقة معالجتها كانت تنتهج أسلوب الصحافة المعمق، المتأني، لكن دون منح وصفٍ أو اسم لذلك العمل. ينطبق هذا على الكثير من التجارب التي التزمت بآلية العمل تلك، على اعتبار أن الصحافة الحقيقية رديف للصحافة المعمقة.. تعددت الأسماء والنهج واحد.

توجّهتُ إلى أليخاندرو بارنكيرو، كاتب الدراسة التي ورد فيها اسم المجلة التي حررتها غراسيلا، لكنها توقفت عن الصدور لمواجهتها الكثير من العقبات التي لم تكن بحاجة إلى شرحها. بارنكيرو الباحث بجامعة كارلوس الثالث في مدريد، قال إن الصحافة المتأنية تقوم على نقد وتفكيك الوقت مقارنة مع ما تنتجه الصحافة وما توزعه وما تستهلكه في زمن السرعة والرأسمالية التوربينية (3) (أوجد هذا المصطلح إدوارد لوتووك، حيث تبلغ الخدمات والأخبار ورأس المال وقوى العمل درجة جديدة من التنقل والتسارع)، ولها (الصحافة المتأنية) بعدٌ زماني، وهي ظاهرة برزت في السنوات الأخيرة في حقل دراسات الصحافة والاتصال.

وبالنسبة له، فالكثير من ظواهر الصحافة الاستقصائية الحالية تُعتبر ضمن الصحافة المتأنية، بالنظر إلى الوقت الذي تستغرقه هذه التحقيقات، والإعداد الجيد، إضافة إلى رغبة معدّي التقارير المتأنية في التوجه نحو قارئ يتذوق المعلومات ببطء. ويضم بارنكيرو الصحافة السردية والقصص الصحفية الطويلة المبنية على أسس الأدب وتقنيات السرد الحديث، إلى الصحافة المتأنية، مفسّرا المعايير التي اتخذها في ذكر قوائم المجلات والمواقع التي تعمل بنهج الصحافة المتأنية.

 

حين تسقط القصة، تلتقطها الصحافة المتأنية

يعتقد مسؤول المحتوى والمراسل الاستقصائي لموقع "كونتنت كوز" (Contentcows)، أن مصطلح "الصحافة المتأنية" جديد، مستمد من حركة الغذاء البطيئة التي جاءت كردة فعل على تسارع أساليب الحياة المعاصرة والدورة الإخبارية 24/7.

وفي حديثه عن معايير الصحافة المتأنية، يذهب نيكرك إلى الدقة والنزاهة والإنصاف وذكر السياق، وهي أمور يقول "إنها تعاني اليوم" أمام تشجيع وكالات الأنباء ومنصات وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعي لفكرة أن تكون "الأول" في سرد القصص.. "تركز الصحافة المتأنية على أن تكون القصص دقيقة وصحيحة وثابتة أمام التحقق. ويعتقد أنصار هذا النوع من الصحافة أنه أكثر إرضاء واستدامة وذكاء". الصحافة المتأنية قد تكون في أي جنس صحفي وعلى أي منصة، لا يهم، المهم -حسب قوله- "أن تحتوي على جميع الحقائق، وأن تكون الحقائق مدققة، وأن تظهر الآراء المعارضة، وأن تكون سليمة من الناحية القانونية، وأن تمنح الوقت الكافي لجميع الأطراف للرد"، فهو يرى أن "الحقائق والإنصاف والنزاهة تتفوق على مواعيد التسليم في الصحافة المتأنية".

تبدأ الصحافة المتأنية -برأي نيكرك- حينما تفقد قصة كبيرةٌ الاهتمامَ في مؤسسات الأخبار، إذ يتوجب على مؤيدي هذه الصحافة المتأنية حينها، إعادة إنتاج تلك القصة. كما تكون أمام الصحفيين المتأنّين فرصة للقيام بعملهم حينما تهمل مؤسسات الأخبار قصصا مهمة بسبب "هوسها" بما أطلق عليه نيكرك "زغب المشاهير".

وفي تعليقه على عنصر الوقت، يقول إن مفهوم الصحافة المتأنية يشير في الوهلة الأولى إلى الوقت.. "وهذا صحيح، لكنه يتجاوز مجرد قضاء سنة في كتابة قصة، فالبطء عنصر مهم في ذلك السياق". ويشرح نيكرك ذلك بقوله "إن القصة بحاجة إلى وقت كي تتطور، وإن الوقت مهم للسماح للأطراف المتضادة بالرد، وهو مهمٌّ أيضا لإعادة قراءة قصة وردت في دورة أخبار الـ24/7 ثم سقطت حين كان على الكاميرا التحرك لتصوير قصة أخرى في مكان مختلف".

عمل كثير ينتظر مؤيدي الصحافة المتأنية، على رأسه الإيمان بجدوى ما يفعلونه، فقد يتمكّنون في النهاية من السيطرة على الأرنب الأبيض داخل القبعة وإخراجه في الوقت المناسب، مدهشين بنتائجهم كل الجماهير.
